What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Manager position at CDAC Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.?
CDAC's WISE program is seeking a Care Manager to provide substance use case management services to women and families with substance use concerns in Circuit 1. The position requires clinical skills and experience with substance use and mental health disorders, parenting and family issues, and community resources. Candidate must demonstrate an understanding of case management and care coordination principles and have experience working with people with substance use and mental health concerns and must demonstrate an understanding of ROSC principles.
Position available serving parents in Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties.
Bachelor's degree in social services field with at least two years of relevant experience required. Master's degree preferred.
