Cedar Park Med is hiring for Physical Therapist (PT) for immediate opening.
13 weeks contract. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
Setting: Outpatient ortho
Requirements:
- B.S. in Physical Therapy
- NYS License or eligible
- 2 years experience required
Duties: - Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures;
- Formulate specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and the patients
- Prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information
- Participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel
- Train new staff members
- Serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
