What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Customer Service position at Celerity Staffing Solutions?
MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN: Dane, Sauk, Columbia, Rock or Dodge County
This TEMP to HIRE position will give you the opportunity to help borrowers with program options AND give you the ability to work from home!
A day in the life will have you assisting borrowers with their accounts, acting as the liaison between the borrower and lender in an inbound/outbound environment.
Bring your customer service-minded mentality and excellent computer skills!
Weekdays - Training 8am to 4:30pm.
**After training schedule can flex to later start and end times; finishing your shift no later than 7pm CST.
$18.50/hr - If you are fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) you may be eligible for an addition $1.50/hr
* Must be comfortable with: MS Office and data entry.*
