Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Greater Bangor Area. Areas of work also include Midcoast ME. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient project completion within budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include planning and managing project schedules, controlling budgets, supervising construction teams, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and Budgeting
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage teams and resolve conflicts
- Experience in planning and executing construction projects of varying sizes
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are a plus
