Our Lab Assistant is a support position in the laboratory setting. Students, individuals with patient care background and others with some lab experience would be a great match for this role!
What you’ll do:
- Collect blood samples from the patient
- Create an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients
- Perform low complexity testing and culture set-up
- May occasionally be requested to fill-in at other laboratory locations within St. Cloud area.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 64 hours every 2 weeks
- Monday-Friday | Rotating shifts between 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm and 8:30am-5:30pm
- No weekends or holidays!
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $16.59 - $24.92 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical -related program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills
