Endocrinology – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Join our dynamic team of Endocrine providers at CentraCare Health Plaza.
CentraCare Health Plaza only minutes from the St. Cloud Hospital. The Plaza is the largest outpatient clinic building in CentraCare Health at 450,000 square feet, housing a variety of specialty and primary care clinics, full imaging, laboratory and pharmacy services, a gift shop and bistro, and even a walking path to enjoy the outdoors and promote health and wellness.
This position will have a strong focus on diabetes care.
Schedule:
- 1.0 FTE
- Monday- Friday - 8:00am – 4:30pm
- No call responsibilities.
- No weekends or Holidays.
To be considered for our position you would need to:
- Have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be eligible for Minnesota licensure.
- New graduates will be considered.
Overall preference will be given to candidates that have personal and/or professional experience in diabetes care.
