Program Information:
- St. Cloud Hospital welcomes new graduate Registered Nurse applications at all times of year.
- We recommend completing the process 4-6 months prior to graduation.
- Please complete this online application and attach a resume.
- We are considering new graduates for various positions throughout the organization.
- If offered, you are accepted into the New Graduate Residency Program designed to provide resources as you transition from academia to professional practice.
- The program includes hospital and nursing classroom orientation, followed by additional clinical orientation, coupled with experienced preceptors.
- New Graduate Residency Program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
- You will be hired into a regular RN position and at our competitive standard wages.
- Placement is dependent on interview preferences for units and hours, references, work history and experience, clinical student experiences and open positions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Some CentraCare sites may require a bachelor’s degree to be completed within 3 years of hire.
- 12 months or less of RN nursing experience.
- Motivated team players who can assume primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized care for patients of all ages.
- Ideal candidates will utilize delegation and critical thinking skills to provide quality service through a team oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.

*Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
**Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs. Any offer received after 10/15/22 will not be eligible for accelerated temporary rates.
