Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Working 64-80 hours every two weeks
- Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
- No weekends or holidays!
Current Offerings:
- In lieu of our employee benefits, this position can earn a flat rate of $38.00/hour (LPN)
or
- Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $18.57 with potential for:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus**
- $5000 relocation bonus
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
*Accelerated rate requirements : To be eligible for the accelerated rate you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible position. By accepting the accelerated rate, you will forego benefits, including paid time off, medical, and dental insurance, retirement and more. This is a temporary rate and position that will last for 12 months or less. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire. The accelerated rate cannot be combined with other pay programs to include sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance
**Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare/Carris for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
**Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
CentraCare pay promotions to include but not limited to, Sign-On and Relocation Bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs. Any offer received after 10/15/22 will not be eligible for accelerated temporary rates.
