Registered Nurses provide direct care to patients and are a part of all care given by other departments. Registered Nurses must continually strive to provide the highest quality of care possible for the patients. They must also lead the nursing team toward the achievement of the goals of the mission of the CentraCare Health – Paynesville's high-quality care and overall efficiency are essential components to this success.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Working 64 hours every two weeks
- 8 and 12 hour rotating day/night shifts
- Every third weekend and rotating holidays
Current Offerings:
- $3,500 sign-on bonus
- $5,000 relocation assistance
- Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO)
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within twelve months of hire
- TNCC or CALS within twelve months of initiating ED orientation
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring within twelve months of initiating OB orientation
Sign-on bonus requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Pay promotions may be discontinued at any time.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Hospital and must move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment. Pay promotions may be discontinued at any time.
