Job Summary
The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and emotional needs of patients and families. Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Required Licenses: Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Required Certification: BLS, ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Experience: 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
