The ICU Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires effective communication with the healthcare team and basic computer skills.
To be eligible for this position, you must have a registered nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state, as well as BLS and ACLS certifications. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but an associate's degree is required. One year of experience in a healthcare setting is also desirable.
