Summary of Position
Responsible for coordinating dual credit operations for Killeen and Copperas Cove ISD’s and any grant activities related to those ISD’s to include Upward Bound, the Gear Up grant, and the Student Mentor grant.
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in an academic area, counseling, or educational administration or related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution required.
Minimum Required Experience
- Two years full time paid work experience in secondary or postsecondary administration or a combination thereof required.
- One year paid work experience with federal or state funded secondary or postsecondary projects, grants or other initiatives preferred.
- One year supervisory experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of secondary or postsecondary academic policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of dual credit or the Early College High School framework.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills and the ability to build effective relationships with CTC and ISD departments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Preferred knowledge of Datatel Colleague.
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication both orally and in writing with College and ISD Administrators, faculty, and students.
- Set priorities, meet project deadlines and multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality of work related information and materials.

Hours
Full-time, indicate working hours - M-TH 7:30am-5:30pm F 7:30am-11:30am, Overtime, describe requirements - As needed to meet the needs of the program
Other Information
- Work evenings, weekends, and some early hours as required.
- Periodic travel as required.
Salary : $37,400 - $47,300
