Open Position: Financial Services Representative (Loan Officer)
A Financial Services Representative (FSR) is the Centris version of a consumer loan officer. The individual that's hired for this key position will be working with our members to open accounts and loans, and perform a variety of account maintenance. This is not an entry-level banker position. Successful candidates often bring with them sales, banking, and/or dealership experience.
A successful FSR is outgoing, detail-oriented, loves getting to know people, and has a positive attitude. We are looking for a real go-getter who's not afraid to tackle new challenges and objectives, and who strives for excellence! Job Requirements
We envision our ideal candidate will have the following work experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (or four years progressive financial experience)
- At least two years personal banking and lending experience.
- Sales experience preferred.

Hours
Our members depend on us to be available to serve them, so this position does have a set required schedule based on our member traffic. The hours needed for this opportunity are Monday through Friday, between 8:45 AM and 5:45 PM, and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM
