Title and Escrow company looking for the ideal candidate for our Office Administrative / Receptionist / Scheduler position. Someone who posses a desire to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, who has attention to detail and an ability to handle several ongoing tasks. The position requires a professional appearance and positive attitude. Experience in the real estate industry or other comparable professional industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, seating and greeting customers, keeping coolers / coffee filled, managing scheduling calendar, managing distribution list e-mails, printing / copying closing packages, spot cleaning / resetting closing rooms between closings, assisting clients as necessary greeting customers review, assist and work closely with sales and closing staff to insure a seamless closing experience, maintain a clean, orderly environment anticipate and pursue product flow in a proactive manner displaying a sense of urgency to meet daily demands
