Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100 employees using ADP
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to verify employee data and benefit deductions
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, timekeeping, and tax documentation
- Generate payroll reports and support internal and external audits
- Stay informed on changes in payroll laws and best practices
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
