ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Dispatch Coordinators' focus on efficiently and effectively managing our service call schedule and serve as the liaison between technicians' and customer'. Successful Dispatch Coordinators' demonstrate the ability to dispatch technicians effectively based on varying factors such as technician experience, service opportunity, and geographical location. Dispatch Coordinators' serve as extension to the service manager to help create a seamless experience in ensuring the right technician is in front of the right service opportunity.

- Make customers' and technicians' the priority in every interaction
- Build and earn the technicians' and customers’ trust
- Work effectively and efficiently to ensure service appointment expectations are both set and met
- Possess strong character and values
- Work effectively and efficiently with the team
