Position: Construction Technician for Aerial Adventure Course
We’re looking for someone to join our crew of Aerial Construction Technicians: A crew of climbers with a serious passion for construction, traveling and building throughout the rugged beauty of California and beyond!
Key Responsibilities:
Climb trees and install aerial elements; climbing towers, ropes courses and zip lines!
Support field operations by exhibiting:
- Strategic and creative responses to unexpected challenges
- Demonstrable leadership that uplifts your team
- Trustworthy self-starter work ethic
Let's Talk If You Are:
- 21 Years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excited about travel
- Comfortable working at heights and in harnesses for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and moving across uneven terrain—think ‘trail crew’ stamina, not ‘office chair’ ergonomics
- Able to show up ready to work (rain or shine), and won’t leave us hanging (literally)
- Handy with tools
- Serious about safety
Bonus Points if You:
- Have worked a ropes course, climbing gym, or summer camp
- Know basic knots/rigging (or you’re eager to learn)
- First Aid / CPR / Wilderness First Responder Training
- No formal experience? Show us your passion; we’ll train the right person
Must love: Dirt, heights, sweat, travel, and the perks of a seasonal flow.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
