Guest Service

• Greet and make all guests feel welcomed 
• Keep area clean according to Board of Health standards.
• Attend team briefings.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

Back of House Primary Duties

• Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Cleaning and stock restrooms. Ensure doors are locked after hours. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Report repairs. 

Culinary 

• Follow directions for food preparation.
• Desire to achieve a consistent level of perfection in food preparation in order to have uniformity in presentation and waste management.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Description of Job Qualifications 

Education

· High school degree or GED preferred

Skills and Experience (Essential)

· At least 18 years of age

· Must be able to work well under pressure while retaining tact and composure

· Must be able to read, communicate effectively in English
