Responsibilities
Job Summary
- Responsible for all aspects of the registration process including management of medical records requests.
- Provides quality management oversight for all duties associated with the registration and medical assistant processes.
- Participates in department quality improvement activities.
- Under the direct supervision of the clinic providers and leadership and within the registrar/ Medical Assistant Scope of Practice provides excellent care to patients
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- New Graduate with Completed Certification Bilingual: English / Spanish
- Desired/Preferred: Previous experience in community clinic setting Registrar Experience Spanish Medical Interpreter Experience Experience working directly with health care providers
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. and a graduate of a Medical Assistant Program or completion of an U.S. Armed Forces medical services training program.
- BLS-CPR
