Compliance Specialist

Hourly Rate: $34.05 - $39.82 full time annual salary.

Duties:

• Support regulatory compliance and risk mitigation efforts
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for leadership
• Collaborate with departments to improve processes and accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or quality improvement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC.
• Demonstrated experience assisting with or conducting audits, risk assessments, or policy reviews.
• Skilled in building collaborative relationships and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems quickly.
• Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report.
