Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! Our Service Advisors help our customers get the most out of their vehicle ownership experience by advising of necessary maintenance and repairs to keep their car running like new. As a Service Advisor at Chapman, you’ll own the client experience from the moment they arrive in the service lane to the completion of services. This role report to the Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm and prepare for customer appointments, ensuring an efficient service experience
- Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback, vehicle inspection, and current mileage to make service recommendations
- Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency
- Obtain customer authorization for services and process payments
- Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
- Follow-up with customers on the status of their vehicle and satisfaction of service
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years of dealership service advisor/writer experience is required
- Chrysler certified is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to articulate vehicle service needs in a way that is easy to understand
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Hours & Work Environment
Our Service Department is open Monday – Friday from 7AM to 6PM and Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. We are looking for flexible candidates who are able to work various shifts, including every third Saturday. Our Service Advisors enjoy climate-controlled offices on the Service Drive and a climate-controlled shop environment.
