BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Senior Manager, Engineering on this team, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to designated staff on a router performance testing team. This leadership role will drive performance testing strategies, processes and initiatives as well as coordinate and collaborate with teams across SCE with a solutions oriented approach. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and integrating solutions, driving efficiency and managing the support of existing testing tools, platforms and documentation. This role requires innovative thinking, adaptability, strong organization, collaboration and communication.

Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Skills:
Knowledge of company products and services.
Knowledge of WiFi, RF, Firmware Release Cycles and Project Management methodology.
Effective leadership skills with proven ability to provide effective, results oriented direction.
Solutions and process oriented; data and documentation driven.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $110,800.00 to $196,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
