BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Senior Manager, Engineering o­­n this team, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to designated staff on a router performance testing team. This leadership role will drive performance testing strategies, processes and initiatives as well as coordinate and collaborate with teams across SCE with a solutions oriented approach. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and integrating solutions, driving efficiency and managing the support of existing testing tools, platforms and documentation. This role requires innovative thinking, adaptability, strong organization, collaboration and communication.

Required Qualifications

Experience:
‹ Project Management work experience - 3
‹ Related leadership experience - 3
‹ Engineering experience - 7

Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Skills:
‹ Knowledge of company products and services.
‹ Knowledge of WiFi, RF, Firmware Release Cycles and Project Management methodology.
‹ Effective leadership skills with proven ability to provide effective, results oriented direction.

‹ Solutions and process oriented; data and documentation driven.

‹ Values-driven, focused emotional intelligence and innovative thinker.

‹ Strong communication and growth mindset.  

Abilities:
‹ Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
‹ Ability to distill technical information and data to non-technical audience and status reports.

‹ Ability to create and present on Power Point to executives.

‹ Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
‹ Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
‹ Ability to provide coaching and guidance to direct reports when necessary.
‹ Ability to supervise and motivate others.

‹ Ability to plan and initiate team building and engagement activities.

‹ Ability to learn new tools and technology as well as teach others how to use new tools and technology.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $110,800.00 to $196,400.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
