🔧 What You’ll Do:
Lead the identification, selection, and onboarding of world-class suppliers aligned with our automation and innovation roadmap.
Drive the development and delivery of prototypes that will define the future of our global operations.
Act as the primary liaison with the Process Engineering team to assess feasibility and validate new or alternative technologies.
Collaborate closely with Regional Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
Establish and manage a robust vendor governance framework to foster high-performance, long-term supplier partnerships.

Qualifications
- Engineering Degree (mechanical or
- 5 experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Contracting) projects.
- 2 years of strategic sourcing for R&D, or high complexity engineering projects.
- Experience within Procurement and related P2P ERP systems such as Coupa, Ariba, and SAP.
- 3 years of contract management experience. Be a close partner to the Legal department
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically but detail-oriented to support concepts with facts and data
- Experience articulating points of view with senior management and supporting/executing impromptu directions
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience building consensus, negotiating difficult situations, and influencing or making key strategic decisions
- Technical Experience moving seamlessly from strategy to execution while delivering tangible results
- Solid ability to deliver under high demand
- Experience working in a matrix organization particularly with cross-functional teams, and in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with contract clauses around Intellectual Property
Experience
- > 5 years’ experience within a large international business is desirable
- Procurement professional with experience in engineered projects (design, procurement, controllership, etc.) management preferably with Global experience
- Senior stakeholder management
- Cost & financial management
- Supplier management
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong engineering, Financial and Procurement background. Large experience in negotiating large dollar business agreements
