Responsibilities:
- Must be able to demonstrate proper and basic power and hand tool knowledge
- Completion of jobs in a timely manner that satisfies the customer
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in tight spaces, from heights and ladders
- Willingness to learn the Cooling Tower Trade and the skillset to be a valued employee
- Must adhere to all company safety policies and wear proper PPE at all times
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30
- Confined Space and Fall protection
