Chesapeake Systems is looking for an Inside Sales - Technical support representative that has great attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, people skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be a part of a great team!
Essential Functions
Develop a general working knowledge of Chesapeake systems and the products, services and solutions that we represent.- Work closely with customers and manufacturers to coordinate all aspects of delivery, installation assistance, start-up and warranty issues
Learn and apply internal processes and programs to maximize customer satisfaction and increase overall productivity

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, TEAMS, etc.
- Collaborative attitude that thrives in a team-based environment while supporting the team as an individual contributor.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), coordination, and teamwork skills.

- Must be able to work respectfully in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift and move material(s) to 25 pounds.
