**Job Title:** Preschool Assistant Principal

Job Summary:
As a Preschool Assistant Principal at Chesterbrook Academy, you will play a critical role in supporting the school administration team with the delivery of the instructional program and overall operation of the school. This includes marketing plan implementation, student enrollment, parent and community relations, staff supervision and development, profit and loss management, and facility management.
Responsibilities:
- Provides and maintains quality education programs
- Ensures successful implementation of approved curriculum
- Recruits, and leads staff in implementations of SEG curriculum, policies, and procedures
- Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and SEG internal policies and procedures
- Implements strategies that support the needs of the team, students, and school communities
- Use local grass roots marketing strategies to generate and retain enrollment
- Build trust and cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in early childhood education or equivalent required with 21 college credit hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development courses, AND
-~3 college credit hours in business related courses OR a Level 1 Illinois Director's Credential
- Minimum of three years experience in education administration or business administration and one year of teaching experience required
- Meets minimum education and experience requirements to comply with applicable state regulations and accrediting boards, including holding any State required Director certifications
