The Employee Health Coordinator assists the Employee Health department by performing clerical and administrative activities and coordination in relation to onboarding efforts, mandatory testing, treatment for work related injuries and employee health issues. Two years healthcare or related experience preferred.

$15.00 - $20.33 /hour

Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
The Employee Health Coordinator assists the Employee Health department by performing clerical and administrative activities and coordination in relation to onboarding efforts, mandatory testing, treatment for work related injuries and employee health issues. Two years healthcare or related experience preferred.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Organizes Employee Health services by scheduling and preparing for pre-placement health screenings, annual requirements and appointments
- Supports Employee Health customer needs in person, by phone, and electronically, recognizes concerns of staff, and attempts to resolve or elevates issues for assistance
- Maintains Employee Health records, prepares files, completes data entry, and runs reports
- Maintains confidentiality of records and protects employee privacy
- Partners with key stakeholders (including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Workers' Compensation, Infection Prevention, etc.) to collaborate in more efficient and effective ways
- Handles communication for health and regulatory requirement follow up and assists individuals with completion of forms/paperwork (including injury reporting where applicable)
- Assists with and/or performs respirator fit testing and associated documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- General planning and organizational skills, sound judgment
- Ability to balance numerous diverse assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to originate and develop ideas and implement them.
- Ability to quickly grasp and interpret instructions, new situations, methods and procedures.
- Ability to follow through on an assignment with little supervision
