Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements
- Maintaining a LEAN production environment
- Maintain clean working environment
- Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
- Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
Back of House Team Member Requirements
- Capable of working on your feet for 6-10 hours
- Able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead
- Have reliable transportation
- Possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Must be available to work most Saturdays.
