What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chick-fil-A Daytime Customer Service & Kitchen Team Member position at Chick-fil-A?
At Chick-fil-A Hialeah In-Line, a team member is responsible for the overall guest experience by providing genuine hospitality, great food, and a welcoming restaurant environment. Adding to this, ensuring food safety, food quality, order accuracy, quickness, professionalism, cleanliness and the ability to work with others are some examples of our team responsibilities. We will train you if you have no prior experience. Also, the experiences we can provide you are an excellent stepping-stone towards a brighter future. Team members will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and advance in our business.
Pay Type: Up to $13.50/hr, based on availability.
Position Requirements
- Must be available to work between 5:45am - 3pm.
- Must be willing to work outside for extended periods.
- Must speak English if working as a customer service team member. However, English is not required for a kitchen team member.
