Essential Skills and Experience :
Event Planning & Coordination : Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events, from concept to completion, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless experience.Teamwork & Leadership : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring events are executed effectively.Community Engagement : Passion for connecting with the local community and building relationships to promote the restaurant and foster goodwill.Main Point of Contact : Act as the primary liaison for community members and organizations seeking to host or collaborate on events with the restaurant.Customer Service Excellence : Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring all guest interactions are positive and professional.Restaurant Operations Knowledge : Familiarity with restaurant workflows, logistics, and service standards to integrate events seamlessly into daily operations.Event Budgeting : Ability to create, manage, and track budgets to ensure events are cost-effective while delivering value.Fundraiser Coordination : Experience in planning and executing fundraising events that engage the community and support local causes.Holiday & Themed Events : Creativity and experience in organizing festive and themed events that align with seasonal trends and community interests.Team Member Events : Capability to plan and coordinate internal team events that enhance staff morale and engagement.Preferred Qualifications :
