Front of House Team Member-Opener

Chick-fil-A Kamokila is opening soon! We'll be located in Kapolei, between Consolidated Theatres and Don Don Donki.

We're hiring now, with an anticipated start date in mid to late-August.

Team Members will be the heart of our operation and play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant. Working in the \Front of House\ means you will have direct contact with our guests, ensuring they have a remarkable experience.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Opener - must be available to start at 5:30am

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Make Emotional Connections with our guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Kamokila
• Enthusiastically greet guests and ensure they feel welcomed
• Accurately take and fulfill orders
• Appropriately handle all customer issues and play a positive role in guest recovery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful, positive and customer-focused attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task independently and within a team
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule; available starting at 5:30am
• Have reliable transportation to Kapolei
• Have the ability to lift and carry 20-50 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
