Restaurant Marketing Director

Pay: $19/hour | Type: Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week)

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead local campaigns, plan fun events, and drive brand excitement across two Chick-fil-A locations. You’ll work directly with the Owner/Operator and Executive Director, and collaborate with our Community Relations Coordinator to make a meaningful impact on our guests and our community.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Local Marketing: Create in-store promotions, unique experiences, and community partnerships that boost sales and build loyalty.
- Host Events: Plan and execute exciting events that guests love—from family nights to seasonal campaigns.
- Run Social Media: Build brand presence with engaging posts, creative content, and strategic promotions.
- Engage the Team: Spark internal energy with contests, recognition, and creative ways to connect the team to our mission.
- Be Hands-On: Work a few restaurant shifts each week to stay connected to our operations and guest experience.
