Front of House Team Member

Job Description

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Accurately take, prepare and deliver customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, restrooms, and behind the front counter.
• Observe and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure each guest leaves with a smile by providing attentive and efficient service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve store goals including speed of service, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, positivity, and attention to detail.
• Physical mobility to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to adapt to change quickly while utilizing critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift, ranging from 3 to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments, both inside and outside.
• Prior experience is not required; however, a Utah Food Handlers Card, ServSafe Certification, or previous fast food/customer service experience is preferred.

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 / hour
