The Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program is a two-year program designed to prepare you for a career at Chick-fil-A! Ideal career paths are becoming a store level leader, Chick-fil-A Corporate Employee, or Owner/Operator of your very own Chick-fil-A Restaurant! Program participants will be assimilated into all aspects of the business from the kitchen, to the front counter and drive-thru, to marketing, finance, human resources, business analysis, and leadership. The program takes place at the Blaine, MN Chick-fil-A Northtown location.

Requirements:
• Four-year college degree, or in final year of completing four-year degree.
• Self-leader with a high level of personal initiative
• Heart for serving others
• Adaptable and willing to step outside of job role to assist in other roles to progress the business
Program Benefits:
• Gain the experience and knowledge to understand what it takes to own and operate a Chick-fil-A restaurant.
• Begin the journey to becoming an owner/operator or corporate office staff by working two years at Chick-fil-A Northtown. Additional Chick-fil-A leadership programs will likely be required.
