What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front of House position at Chick-fil-A?
We are looking for energetic and highly motivated team members to serve our guests during the weekday lunch hours. We have a wide variety of shifts ranging from 11am-2pm to 11am-7pm.
*We are currently offering a $200 sign on bonus, paid 45 days after your hiring date.*
Outcomes: This position will be responsible for the following outcomes.
- Work 2-3 shifts during the week
- Consistently provide excellent customer service and hospitality during the lunch hours
- Meet our goals regarding Customer Experience scores (specifically Overall Hospitality and Cleanliness)
- Collaborate with coworkers to create high-quality dining experience for our guests
- Follow transition procedures and set the evening shift up for success
- Other duties as assigned

First Month Sign on Bonus will be added to pay period falling 45 days after hiring date. Employee must still be actively employed to receive bonus.
