What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader position at Chick-fil-A?
We have openings for a Chick-fil-A Team Lead positions. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing. Team Leaders will be responsible for running the day to day shift operations for different areas of the restaurant. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly recognize and solve operational issues
- Clearly communicates key strategies team members
- Serve as the “Chief Problem Solver” for guests and the team
- Actively engage in leadership meetings
- Recognize and develop future potential leaders within the team
- Coach team members to recognize best practices and problem resolution
- Ensures that the restaurant meets all food safety requirements
- Communicate all issues with team members and guests to Director team in a timely manner
- Lead by example - must adhere to all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation
