Overview

Chief of Staff KC is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist for a client of ours within the Independence, MO area. This role will help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an exceptional experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes
  • Meet personal/customer service team performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role (2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and motivationally-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
