Overview
Chief of Staff KC is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist for a client of ours within the Independence, MO area. This role will help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an exceptional experience that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers through solutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve processes
- Meet personal/customer service team performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role (2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and motivationally-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
