Job Summary
- Deliver medical and surgical supplies to both inpatient units and outpatient departments, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Monitor PAR (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) levels in department supply rooms via handheld scanner, and initiate restocking when thresholds are reached.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to verify expiration dates and stocking accuracy, applying first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) rotation to optimize utilization.
- Respond to unit-specific stocking requests and deliver supplies promptly, maintaining reliable service to clinical staff.
- Keep supply areas clean, organized, and free of outdated or damaged products; promptly report any concerns to supervisors.
- Collaborate with clinical departments, providing excellent customer service and clear communication regarding supply issues or shortages.
- Assist with stocking and organizing Central Distribution as needed to support overall supply operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
