Purpose of this Position:
This is a case management position relating to closely monitoring and advocating for services as needed by children and adolescents. This position has an on-call, after hours expectation with a rotating call schedule.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related Social Science field and two years experience or equivalent combinations of the experience and training in a public or private human services organization. Experience in working with children/adolescents and their families is recommended. Knowledge of the mental health and social service field. Ability to use good judgement skills in assessing consumer needs. Intensive case manager must become familiar with available community resources and keep uo to date on their locations, eligibility requirements and program changes.
