Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal rules and regulations in regard to labor and human resources.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field required.
- Three to five years’ previous experience in a human resources related role with demonstrable knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems required.
- Knowledge of and experience with related employment law (i.e. COBRA/MN Continuation, FMLA, ADA) required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
