About the Role
We’re hiring a Booking Manager to oversee programming across all three venues. You’ll be responsible for managing calendars, securing talent, negotiating deals, and collaborating across teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from hold to show night.
This is a great role for someone with strong booking experience, a deep appreciation for LA’s music and entertainment scenes, and the ability to gracefully manage a high volume of events. You’ll be joining a tight knit team where your ideas matter and your work has a visible impact.
This role is fully in-person at our LA office.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain booking calendars across Catch One, Don Quixote, and El Cid
- Book talent, negotiate and execute contracts, and coordinate show confirmations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, artists, and promoters
- Work closely with our marketing, production, and operations teams to align on timelines and show needs
- Track event performance and use that data to help shape future events
- Ensure accurate and timely communication across all bookings
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in booking, talent buying, or venue programming
- A strong network in music, nightlife, and/or live events (LA market is a plus!)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple venues and timelines
- Familiarity with booking software, spreadsheets, and calendar tools
- A genuine interest in working across a wide range of genres, communities, and event types
Bonus Points For
- Experience with historically or culturally significant venues
- A good eye and passion for building lineups/events that appeal to multiple audiences
- Comfort navigating both creative and administrative sides of the booking process
