As the Senior Specialist, Client Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a high standard of service while upholding compliance to internal controls and procedures within their functional responsibilities as assigned by the team. The role utilizes diverse methods and skills to contribute to the creation of value for clients by understanding their needs, finding simple solutions that make it easy for clients to bank with us. The Senior Specialist, Client Support makes decisions on moderately complex issues that contribute to the client experience in achieving their goals, connecting people and networks, drawing on the Bank’s broader team and supporting our community. The role identifies, through the analysis process and client dealings, potential client relations or service improvements opportunities and refers them to appropriate client relationship managers. How you'll succeed Relationship building - Develop relationships by becoming a trusted advisor and providing services to our banking clients. Continue to grow relationship internally by working with other operations and support groups. Teamwork - Work with internal partners to connect clients with opportunities. Commit to building a profile in the local business community in order to leverage that profile into effective working relationships with new and existing clients and internal partners. Client experience - Proactively assess our clients’ needs and propose solutions to deliver and meet them needs.
