Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is a Colorado-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to quality early childcare. 

We have a newly created position for a bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist.   This is an excellent career opportunity with an excellent organization that is focused on making a difference.   We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated individual who will be working with the Client Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, aiming for a first-call resolution. Handle customer issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  2. One on one trainings with providers on childcare measurement software
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the customer support database.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  5. Contribute to the development of customer support policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up to date with product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  7. Provide feedback to the management team on recurring customer issues and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
  3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  4. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  5. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  6. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Communications is preferred
  • Formal training related to grant writing and development strategies is preferred 

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, product training, and/or childcare
  • Tech savvy, Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, and web-based data systems

Salary : $44,758 - $45,000
