JOB TITLE: CNC Programmer
LOCATION: Mapleton, IL
ON SITE/HYBRID/REMOTE: Onsite
SALARY: $85,000-90,000/year benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
- Implementation of new perishable tooling for machining operations
- Cost savings for machining operations
- Implementation of CAM and in process component prints
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review consumable use from previous day
- Modification to CNC programs
- Generation of component prints based on CMM results
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 8-10 years industrial experience required.
- Willing to accept Associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience
- Willing to accept no degree with 15 years’ experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Insert Geometries and impact on process
- Insert Post Processes and impact on process
- CAD/CAM experience
- M&G code editing
(Desired)
- OKUMA OSP/ Fanuc lathe experience
- 3D Modeling experience
- PowerBI
- Microsoft PowerApps
