Job Summary
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-level business partnerships that drive long-term value for the company. This individual will work cross-functionally with the leadership team, marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to negotiate and secure partnerships with clients. This role will focus on fostering relationships with strategic partners to increase revenue, improve market positioning, and ensure mutual business success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, potential business partnerships that align with the company's vision and strategic objectives.
- Develop partnership strategies to enter new markets, expand service offerings, or enhance the customer experience.
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure they are meeting performance goals and optimizing value for both parties.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Drive continuous improvement in the partnership management process and identify opportunities for expansion or increased collaboration.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for partnership growth.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and industry shifts to proactively develop relevant partnership strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies for joint offerings.
- Ensure that all partnerships deliver value and meet agreed-upon KPIs.
- Align partnership efforts with the company’s overall business strategy and growth goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-level partnerships and driving business growth through collaborations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business data to inform strategy.
- High-level problem-solving skills and an ability to address challenges in complex partnerships.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High-level strategic thinking with the ability to execute on tactical goals.
