What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Intern/Student position at Citizens Memorial?
Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting an Intern that will be moving from Senior Pharmacy, Stephens Pharmacy, and the Inpatient Pharmacy.
Immediate need: Saturday availability from 2:30pm to 6:30 pm- this shift will assist with/perform Transition of Care duties of pharmacist for LTC Pharmacy.
Pharmacy Intern may work within retail pharmacy, LTC pharmacy or in-patient hospital pharmacy.
Pharmacy Interns mainly work outside the typical pharmacy technician workflow.
Interns actively and consistently contribute to department operations and communications, build and maintain courteous and diplomatic relations with physicians, nursing staff, patients and co-workers, promote good interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships, all while behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH.
Job Requirements:
Education: Working towards a Pharmacy Doctorate
Experience: NA
Licensure/Certification: Pharmacy Intern License
