What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transit Driver position at Citrus County Government?
The Transit Driver provides safe and timely operation of the Citrus County Transit vehicles. Observes all state and local traffic laws and all safety rules and adheres to time schedules. This position is “safety sensitive” and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
The primary work schedule for this benefit-eligible part-time position is Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM, however, shift hours are subject to bid process.
