What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECREATION SPECIALIST (LUNKEN TENNIS CENTER) position at City of Cincinnati?
Responsible for duties and/or a program which requires a high degree of specialization and/or professional certification. Examples: publicist, videographer, graphics designer, certified personal trainer, wheelchair games coordinator. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have valid Driver's License for those positions which require driving.
Strong communication skills with a high degree of customer service across a broad demographic of ages is required - greet patrons and groups, provide information about LTC services and sell our value proposition.

- Program management requiring specialization skills.
- Knowledge of software products to facilitate programs (examples include but are not limited to USTA Serve Tennis, tennis league software, point of sale software, business software, Microsoft Office suite and other social media platforms).
- Tennis playing and instructional acumen.
- Knowledge and ability maintaining clay courts.
- Good general math skills.
- USTA safe play certification will be required.
- Hours include a flexible work scheduled, spring through the fall.
- Up to 40 hours per week, may require some evening and/or weekend support of the facility.
