- Permit application intake and processing.
- Recordkeeping, data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Prepares and provides correspondence, reports, and excellent customer service
- Assist department staff with court documents and trial preparation.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- An associate degree or equivalent experience in administrative support
- One year of experience in administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and customer service skills
- Bilingual Candidates (Spanish)
- Experience with Accela, GOGov, and Tyler Software
